Our Team
Kate, Director
Kate has worked in the bridal industry for over 15 years, becoming the owner of Soar Valley Brides in 2013. Kate also acts as the head seamstresses at the Alteration Company, located in the same building.
Kate has extensive knowledge in Corsetry, Millinery, Pattern Cutting and Tailoring. She prides herself in doing all initial consultations for alterations to ensure every bride has a dress personal and unique to them.
When not at work Kate is continually creating, from crochet to cooking. She also has a healthy love of adventure sports and her dog Piper.
Gill
Gill joined the Soar Valley Brides team in 2015 and is active in all areas of our work. She especially dedicates herself to the preparation and storage of your purchases to ensure every item is as you would wish it to be for your special day.
Outside of working Gill enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and adventures in her motorhome with her husband.
Chloe
Chloe primarily works in bridal sales but is a pivotal member of our team often acting as inhouse photographer and model.
When not chasing round her young family, Chloe enjoys up-cycling furniture.
Chloe is currently on Maternity leave after the safe arrival of baby Blossom.
